Acceptance of These Terms #

Welcome to ReachCoimbatore ("we", "us", "our"), a city portal for Coimbatore operated by [Registered business name]. About the Services #

ReachCoimbatore is an online platform that helps people in and around Coimbatore discover local businesses, events, jobs, classifieds, articles and everyday information. We act as an intermediary: much of the content is created or supplied by businesses, advertisers and other users, and we do not own or control the products, services, events or opportunities described by them.

We may add, change, suspend or remove features of the Services at any time, and we may impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the Services, with or without notice.

Eligibility & Your Account #

You may browse most of the site without an account. Some features (such as posting reviews, saving bookmarks, listing a business or managing a dashboard) require you to register.

• Age. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law to hold an account.
• Accurate details. Provide correct and current information, and keep it up to date. Verification codes (OTP) sent to your email or mobile number must only be used by you.
• Sign-in methods. You may register with an email address and password or continue with your Google account. You are responsible for the security of both.
• Your credentials. Keep your password confidential and tell us immediately at support@reachcoimbatore.com if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• One person, one account. Do not create accounts by automated means or impersonate another person or business.

User Obligations & Acceptable Use #

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. In particular, you must not:

• post or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, threatening, harassing, or that infringes another person's privacy or rights;
• submit false, misleading or fake reviews, ratings, listings, job posts or events, or review a business you own, work for or compete with;
• upload malware, or interfere with, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services, our servers or other users' accounts;
• scrape, crawl, copy or harvest data from the Services by automated means, or use it to build a competing directory, without our written permission;
• collect other users' personal information, or use contact details from listings for unsolicited marketing or spam;
• post content that promotes illegal goods or services, gambling, or anything prohibited by the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it;
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or use the ReachCoimbatore name, logo or brand in a way that suggests endorsement;
• circumvent security features, rate limits, CAPTCHA or moderation.

User Content & Licence #

"User Content" means anything you submit to the Services: reviews, comments, business and classified listings, job posts, event details, photos, enquiries and messages.

• You own it. You keep ownership of your User Content and are responsible for it.
• Licence to us. You grant ReachCoimbatore a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce, adapt (for example, resize or crop), distribute and promote your User Content within the Services and our marketing channels, for as long as it is on the Services.
• Your promise. You confirm that you have all rights needed to post it and that it does not violate these Terms or anyone else's rights.
• Moderation. We do not pre-screen everything but may review, edit for formatting, decline, or remove User Content at our discretion, in particular where we receive a valid complaint or legal notice.
• Reviews. Reviews reflect the opinions of their authors, not ours. A business may reply to a review but may not offer incentives for positive reviews.

Listings, Classifieds, Jobs & Events #

The site carries directory entries, classified ads, job openings and event details. Please bear in mind:

• No guarantee of accuracy. Listings are provided by businesses and users. We make reasonable efforts to keep them current but do not verify every detail (prices, opening hours, availability, licences, qualifications).
• Dealings are between you and them. Any purchase, booking, hiring or other arrangement you make is solely between you and the other party. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for its quality, safety, legality or outcome.
• Be careful. Meet in public places, do not pay in advance to unknown parties, and never share OTPs, card details or passwords. Report anything suspicious to us.
• Business owners. If you list or claim a business you confirm that you are authorised to do so, that the details are true, and that your offers comply with applicable law. We may verify or reject claims and may feature, reorder or remove listings.
• Advertising. Paid, featured or sponsored placements are clearly separate from organic listings where the design allows, and do not amount to our endorsement.

Informational Content #

Live and editorial information on the site, including weather, gold and silver rates, articles, local insights, quotes and wishes, is provided for general guidance only.

• Rates and weather are indicative, come from third-party sources and may be delayed or differ from the rate a jeweller or forecaster gives you. Always confirm before you buy, sell or plan around them.
• Articles and guides are not professional (legal, medical, financial or safety) advice.
• Quotes, wishes and greeting images may be downloaded and shared for personal, non-commercial use with the source credited. Any other use needs our permission.

Intellectual Property #

Disclaimers #

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We do not warrant that listings, reviews, rates, events or any other content are accurate, complete, current or lawful, or that the Services will be free from viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability #

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReachCoimbatore, [Registered business name] and their directors, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services, User Content, or any dealings with other users, businesses or third parties.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the relevant Service in the 12 months before the claim or (b) ₹1,000. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnification #

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory rights you may have, the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services.

Changes to These Terms & General #
